Assign to an existing client

If the client is an existing client in the eReferral system;

  1. Click on the Assign to an existing client tab.
  2. Check the circle next to the family name to ensure the details that appear below that match up with the information contained in the SCTT09.txt attachment that you opened in step 2.
  3. Click on Save to link the RDNS referral to the client.
