Change Personal Details

You can change personal information such as your firstname, lastname, phone number, email address and password via Preferences.

To get into the Preferences, hover over your name in the top right hand side of your screen and select Preferences.

Click on one of the hyperlinks to:

Change my name or phone
  1. Change your firstname, lastname, phone, mobile phone and state as required.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Click Close Window.
Change my email address
  1. Change your email address as required.
  2. Enter your password (for security purposes).
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Click Close Window.
Change my password
  1. Enter your new password twice.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Click Close Window.

NB: If you make changes to your details, the changes will not take effect until the next time you login.
