For Individuals or Roles that have been allocated a referral

Once a Referral has been allocated to you, you need to process a referral accordingly. Once the Status of the Referral has been changed from Allocated to something else, it is considered an Open referral and will move to the Open Referrals tab.

  1. From the Incoming Referrals tab, click on a Referral that has been allocated to you.
  2. Click Process Referral.
  3. Select the relevant status from the drop-down list (e.g. Assessment)
  4. Fill in any additional boxes that appear, such as Dates, Notes etc. Add attachments if you need to.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The Current Status will be updated.
